application of company

The application of company policies and overseeing the updating of policies and measures adopted and the follow-up to the application of rewards and sanctions, and to help heads of departments to develop and implement policies and procedures relating to these sections.
Detailed tasks and duties:

• Compilation of the company's plans and needs of the workforce, and develop a plan to ensure the needs of accredited through recruitment, training, promotion, transfer, and submit them for approval according to the authorities and in accordance with the budget system is already the headquarters of the Governing Council.

• make recommendations regarding the development of policies and procedures of the company.
• make recommendations to develop or modify policies and procedures for recruitment and staff, in the light of the general objectives and working conditions, according to the powers and procedures for the preparation and modification systems in coordination with the Director of Business Development.

• checking applications for employment in terms of compliance with the specifications and the estimated budget adopted, approved and transferred for approval by the list of powers.

• Follow-up applications for employment, in terms of policies and procedures for advertising, screening and selection, contracting and primitive steering and installation, according to the instructions manual, policies and personnel procedures adopted.

• Develop training plans for staff on long-term collaboration with the Executive Director and the annual training programs.
• overseeing the implementation of training to the approved plan and make sure to achieve the objectives, programming and timing of the dates of issuance of evaluation reports of staff in a timely manner, and audit and review recommendations with regard to bonuses and promotions (and sanctions) in terms of legality and conformity with policy and with the appropriations approved them.

• development and application of control system always in consultation with officials daily depending on the nature of work and management level employees.
• dissemination of official holidays, and the application of sick leave and annual and emergency officials and guidance to their role in the planning of annual leave and approval.
• regulation and supervision of sick leave and health services, and guidance of company employees and officials, all for his role and responsibility in the actions in this regard.
• To supervise the registration of the amendments to the payroll and the monthly wage, and all the consequences of employees or their dues or ongoing emergency, and submitted to accounting.
• organize and record-keeping "individual" for staff and other records required to manage administrative affairs.
• Inventory and dissemination of legal requirements for each employee, and supervision to achieve these requirements in a timely manner, and follow-up transactions with government departments and others as may be directed to it.
• overseeing the development of information materials and publications.
• Supervise the preparation and coordination of events before the opening of hypotheses, real estate exhibitions ... Etc..

Functional relationships:

In constant contact with all officials in the company to help them in the application of policies, regulations and approved procedures for administrative affairs and to advise them in all aspects necessary to implement strengthened me and workers.
• in constant contact with the Director of Business Development and the Executive Director to brief them on the working of the policy, regulatory measures adopted at the company and its effectiveness.
